At CHIGEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your CHIGEE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
